2. About MyRecipal

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Platform — including liking recipes, posting comments, saving recipes, and applying for a Food Visa — you must create a user account. You may register using your email address, Google account, or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. MyRecipal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may contribute content to the Platform, including comments, reviews, and other interactions. By posting content on MyRecipal, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content in connection with the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that is offensive, misleading, spam, or otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform. All content on MyRecipal, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of MyRecipal or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Recipe data may be sourced from third-party APIs and is subject to their respective licensing terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use and sharing of recipe links is permitted.

7. Food Visa Feature

MyRecipal offers a "Food Visa" feature that allows users to apply for a virtual culinary passport. This feature is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only and does not constitute a real travel visa or any official immigration document. Users must provide accurate information when applying. MyRecipal reserves the right to approve, reject, or request resubmission of any Food Visa application at its discretion.

8. Newsletter Subscriptions

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about new recipes, features, and updates from MyRecipal. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly. We respect your privacy and will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
